Job description:

1. The company plane UI, website and WeChat end product interface software design work, the company's existing product interface design, iteration, optimization and other work;

2. The design of product interface structure, user operating processes, etc., to complete the interface of information architecture, process design and prototype design, improve the ease of use of products;

3. The full use of visual design tools and experience, combined with user research and product analysis results, improve the user experience of the interface, combined with user experience Optimization and improvement process;

4. Research user behavior and use scenarios, optimize the existing product design defects, and put forward the optimization solution;

5. Design product interaction process / interface design style, accord with user demand scene and have excellent visual expression;

6. Develop clear experience goals, design user scenarios, concept prototypes, interactive processes, high fidelity wireframe and prototypes;

7. Share design experience, influence and promote the design ability of the team.

Job requirements:

1. Art, design related professional, college degree or above;

2. Familiar with basic design software, such as Photoshop, AI, CDR, etc., good color perception, good aesthetic accomplishment and aesthetic ability;

3. Have a deep understanding of the Internet products, familiar with user experience research and analysis methods, strong product awareness, in-depth understanding of product flow, user experience and user needs;

4. Understand the UI production specification and production process, sensitive to color, user experience, interaction has some insights;

5. Be able to actively participate in the research process, the research results can be effectively transformed into interactive design scheme, found and put forward the research requirements of interactive design;

6. Pay attention to the forefront of Internet and mobile products, have the complete design experience of related products, and have specific product release;

7. The experience is not limited, willing to learn and endure pressure, have good information collection and processing ability and sense of responsibility.
